Confidentiality
Information held on children and parents in my care will not be shared without the consent of the parents, except when in the interests of protecting the child. Parents are free to see their own details at anytime.
Complaints
I encourage parents to communicate with me regarding their children. A form is kept in my portfolio and if a complaint is made it will get logged, This will then need to be discussed between myself and the parent or child and an action taken to resolve the problem.
