Meals provided will be healthy and nutritious, avoiding large amounts of salt, fat, sugar, additives, preservatives and colouring. Personal and medical dietary requirements will be respected. I cook most meals from fresh ingredients and so the samples below will vary week on week. Fresh water is always available.
